Ohr Yisrael was  Privileged to host an evening with Rabbi Yaakov Hillel.

Rabbi Hillel is one of the world's leading scholars of Kabbalah and is the author of many

books on the subject of Jewish law. He is the renowned Dean of Ahavat Shalom, Jerusalem,

one of the largest advanced Talmudic institutions in Israel. The institute has an exclusive

branch for the training of rabbinical judges and a select group of scholars engaged in the

study of Kabbalah. The selection of works published by Ahavat Shalom is both broad and

varied. Works of noted Rabbis from Aleppo, Jerba, Fez, and Jerusalem are found alongside

works from Germany and America.

Rabbi Hillel  talked on Kabbalah : Exploring the Secrets of the Universe. It was a lecture that

discussed the significance of true authentic Kabbalah and its role within Judaism
